- The office of New York Attorney General Letitia James released footage on Tuesday of the deposition of former President Donald Trump. The video was intended to create a narrative as President Trump repeatedly invoked privileges under the fifth amendment against self-incrimination. However, if you watch the introductory part of the deposition, to include the statements from the office of the AG, you get a real sense of how this witch hunt is being conducted.
- President Trump’s deposition took place on August 10, 2022. The issue is AG James using the process of a civil fraud investigation to construct a criminal case against Donald J. Trump. Unfortunately for Ms. James, you do not have to be a lawyer to see the “set up” nature of the lawfare as it is being conducted. Just listen to the qualifiers put into place by the Attorney General office.
- Pay close attention to the preliminary procedural explanations and questions from state Attorney General Letitia James. That is the set up, technically and legally explained by the New York AG herself. Once you see that part, you realize no one in their right mind would answer any questions from this “investigative inquiry”. After a few minutes, President Trump -together with his lawyer- reads a statement, then repeatedly takes the Fifth Amendment. WATCH:

- An 18-month investigation by the liberal media watchdog Columbia Journalism Review has delivered a major black eye to The New York Times and other Pulitzer Prize winners for their stories about the Trump-Russia saga, finding “serious flaws” in their coverage and no acknowledgment that the accusations of collusion with Moscow were never substantiated.
- Journalist Jeff Gerth, a former New York Times reporter, said his investigation found that news organizations didn’t follow their own rules for using anonymous sources and refused to be transparent about their work in attempting to prove links between the Trump campaign in 2016 and Russia.
- The Times and The Washington Post shared the 2018 Pulitzer Prize for national reporting on the Trump-Russia saga.
- Donald Trump called the accusations “fake news” from the beginning and has since demanded that the Pulitzer board rescind its awards.
- The four-part CJR investigation bolsters Mr. Trump’s arguments as he gears up his 2024 presidential campaign. The lengthy review showed that news media, including The New York Times, tended to ignore facts that ran “counter to the prevailing narrative.”
- CJR’s report also was critical of the media’s “turbocharged” use of intentionally vague descriptors of anonymous sources such as “government official” or “American official,” which he said were often used “to mask congressional leakers.”
- The CJR report said U.S. media now have “the lowest credibility — 26 percent — among forty-six nations, according to a 2022 study by the Reuters Institute for the Study of Journalism.”

LA police say suspect arrested, preventing potential mass shooting
- A man who reportedly made violent threats was arrested and investigators found a cache of guns and ammunition in his Hollywood high-rise apartment, where several rifles were pointed at a nearby park, police said Wednesday.
- Officers answered a report of a possible mental health situation Tuesday morning and went to the building on Gordon Street at Sunset Boulevard, a police statement said.
- Braxton Johnson, 24, was later taken into custody on suspicion of making criminal threats and he remained jailed Wednesday on $500,000 bail, authorities said.
- Johnson was living alone in an apartment building on the 18th floor with large windows with an “unobstructed view of a park and a public area downstairs and some of the rifles were pointed outside the windows,” a police spokesman said at a Wednesday news conference.
- Although Johnson wasn’t armed, a search of his apartment turned up two assault rifles and high-capacity ammunition magazines, all of which are illegal in California, police said.
- Also seized were three handguns, a sniper rifle, a shotgun and more than 1,000 rounds of ammunition, police said.
- Johnson had recently moved into the apartment. He already was under investigation in a state on the East Coast for a violent crime, police said. They didn’t immediately have other details.

- The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) and the Economic Security Bureau raided the house of Ukrainian oligarch Ihor Kolomoisky in Dnipro on the morning of Feb. 1, Ukrainian online newspaper Ukrainska Pravda reported, according to Kyiv Independent, citing anonymous law enforcement sources.
- “The sources told the media outlet that the oligarch is allegedly accused of evading customs payments and embezzling oil products worth $1 billion”, Kyiv Independent reports. “The case involving Kolomoisky concerns oil company Ukrnafta.
- The Ukrainian natural gas company Burisma Holdings, which paid Hunter Biden $1 Million a year between 2014 and the end of Joe Biden’s term as Vice-President, is officially owned by former environmental minister Mykola Zlotchevsy.
- However, writing in “Secret Empires“, Peter Schweizer noted that Ihor Kolomoisky was possibly the real owner of Burisma Holdings: In 2011, “the ownership structure of Burisma had been quietly transferred to a Cyprus-based company called Brociti Investments. … Zlochevsky’s name was still attached to the company, but Burisma’s major subsidiaries now listed the same business address as the natural gas firm controlled by a controversial Ukrainian oligarch named Ihor Kolomoisky.”

- The Justice Department is in talks with Mike Pence’s lawyers to conduct the search.
- Last Tuesday it was reported that a “small number of documents bearing classified markings” were discovered at former Vice President Mike Pence’s Carmel, Indiana home.
- According to CNN, Mike Pence had one of his lawyers search his residence for classified materials “out of an abundance of caution.”

Another Power Grid Attack? LAX Airport Goes Completely Dark After Suffering Power Outage
Another power grid attack?
Los Angeles International Airport on Wednesday afternoon went completely dark after suffering a power outage.
TSA temporarily stopped screening passengers and some departing flights were impacted.
Power was restored about an hour later.
It is unclear what caused the outage.
ABC 7 reported:
A power outage at Los Angeles International Airport Wednesday afternoon temporarily halted security screening of passengers, but service was restored after about an hour, officials said.
The outage was reported around 2:30 p.m., with airport officials saying most terminals and traffic lights in the terminal area were affected.
Although the airfield continued operating normally, LAX officials warned that some departing flights could be delayed because there was no power to operate the jet bridges.
It was unclear how many flights were impacted, if any. The lack of power also prompted the Transportation Security Administration to halt passenger screening. Travelers were advised to allow extra time to reach their flights.

Lots of egg tampering info…have you heard about the Rna placed into chicken’s feed resulting in no eggs or only one or two? I saw several sites with chicken farmers saying their chickens have not laid all winter. When the chickens were placed outside to graze freely, they once again began producing. And then we had the fire destroying egg production farm in New England. (No doubt on purpose!)
Where is the FDA on this? Is anyone watching for food safety anymore? We are paying FDA to watch these things for us. What a waste of money!! No wonder egg prices are so high…I thought this was interesting and if they are messing with our food like this, it is a crime. Whoever is involved in this needs to be in jail.
