ADP Reports Big Jump In Jobs In December, Wage Growth Plunges
- Following last month’s big miss, analysts expected a modest uptick of 150k new jobs in today’s ADP Employment Report, but instead – and frustrating for The Fed – ADP reports the addition of 235k jobs in December.
- Job resurgence was seen in the last two months of 2022 led by consumer-facing service industries.
Hiring was strong across small and medium establishments while large establishments saw a drop in employment of 151,000 jobs.
- Leisure and hospitality; trade, transportation and utilities; and information sectors had the sharpest declines in pay gains.
Job changers’ pay growth also fell to the lowest level in 10 months.
Finally, we note that ADP has under-forecast (fewer jobs added) the BLS numbers for 5 straight months…

And by “break it up” I don’t mean more gov intervention. I mean, remove the elements that make them so big. The lobbying, the artificial barriers of entry these corps create to keep the entrepreneurs out, the special treatment big money gets. Remove it all and watch.

Fed Admits Recession Is “Plausible”, Pushes Back Against “Unwarranted” Easing Expectations
So what did The Minutes say?
The headline from today’s minutes is that it is clear that Fed officials were not pleased by the surge in stocks (easing in financial conditions) ahead of the meeting, warning against an “unwarranted” easing in financial conditions:
“Participants noted that, because monetary policy worked importantly through financial markets, an unwarranted easing in financial conditions, especially if driven by a misperception by the public of the Committee’s reaction function, would complicate the Committee’s effort to restore price stability.”
Additionally, It’s also interesting how there are “many” Fed officials saying that there was a need to balance two-sided risks.
This suggests there is a growing split at The Fed.

4 Indications Andrew Tate’s Arrest Isn’t Really About Whether He’s Trafficked Women
- 1. Tate Uses the Ruling Class’s Sexual Chaos Ideology Against Them
- It’s no secret that Tate has some powerful enemies. In late August, Tate was banned by nearly all mainstream Big Tech platforms. He told the Recount that even his Uber, Airbnb, and Stripe accounts were suspended. Hardly any of the companies explained his banning, and only TikTok and YouTube attributed the censorship to “hate speech.” “The Matrix sent their agents,” Tate wrote on Twitter after his arrest.
- 2. Global Elites Don’t Care About Sex Trafficking
- The accusations against Tate purportedly cross borders. His alleged trafficking organization involves not only Romania but the United States and Great Britain, as well. If we know anything about international sex exploitation operations, it’s that they tend to go unreported and unprosecuted so long as the right people are involved. After all, they’re convenient for generating blackmail potential for anyone who goes off-reservation.
- Jeffrey Epstein was allowed to prostitute minors to rich and powerful global figures for decades. To this day, none of Epstein’s elite clientele, such as allegedly Prince Andrew and Bill Clinton, have been punished. Only Epstein’s co-conspirator Ghislaine Maxwell is serving time, but notably in what many describe as a “country club prison.”
- 3. Romania Is a Corrupt Country
- According to the United States Embassy in Romania, “Corruption is a serious problem in Romania.” Statista reports that in Romania it is socially “acceptable to either do a favor, or to give a gift or money to obtain something from the public administration.”
- Bribery of law enforcement in Romania is something Tate has even talked about on many occasions. “
- If Tate is truly a trafficker and rapist, let the evidence speak for itself. Better yet, apply the laws against sexual exploitation equally to all. Go after the international criminal cartels mass-trafficking vulnerable women at the U.S. border. Investigate the video evidence indicating Hunter Biden had sex with an underage prostitute.
- We all know that’s not going to happen, which further reinforces the perception that Tate’s arrest is not a search for justice, but about silencing Tate’s message to men that they are being exploited by global leftism and can fight back. Those who know history know that cornering young men and making them disillusioned and desperate is a very dangerous play.

- So this happened.

Trump Vows to ‘Wage War’ on the Drug Cartels, Fight Them Like ISIS
Trump also said he would order a naval blockade of the cartels, to use U.S. Special Forces to inflict “maximum damage” on the cartels, and to declare the cartels foreign terrorist organizations. He also promised to make deals — as he did during his presidency — with regional governments, this time to join in war on the cartels.
If the U.S. did not receive “full cooperation” from these countries, Trump said, his administration would expose “every bribe” and every other corrupt activity in which the leaders of foreign governments were involved.

— Matt Taibbi (@mtaibbi) January 3, 2023
9.Twitter was also trying to reduce the number of agencies with access to Roth. “If these folks are like House Homeland Committee and DHS, once we give them a direct contact with Yoel, they will want to come back to him again and again,” said policy director Carlos Monje. pic.twitter.com/ytvK532j4M

11.The GEC report appeared based on DHS data circulated earlier that week, and included accounts that followed “two or more” Chinese diplomatic accounts. They reportedly ended up with a list “nearly 250,000” names long, and included Canadian officials and a CNN account: pic.twitter.com/GYi4YuPdyu

13.The GEC was soon agreeing to loop in Twitter before going public, but they were using a technique that had boxed in Twitter before. “The delta between when they share material and when they go to the press continues to be problematic,” wrote one comms official. pic.twitter.com/ONn9BfYybi

15.“IT MAKES SENSE TO PUSH BACK ON GEC PARTICIPATION IN THIS FORUM” When the FBI informed Twitter the GEC wanted to be included in the regular “industry call” between companies like Twitter and Facebook and the DHS and FBI, Twitter leaders balked at first. pic.twitter.com/S4aUMXW2ed
— Matt Taibbi (@mtaibbi) January 3, 2023
17.A deeper reason was a perception that unlike the DHS and FBI, which were “apolitical,” as Roth put it, the GEC was “political,” which in Twitter-ese appeared to be partisan code.
“I think they thought the FBI was less Trumpy,” is how one former DOD official put it. pic.twitter.com/y33deYO50B

19.When senior lawyer Stacia Cardille tried to argue against the GEC’s inclusion to the FBI, the words resonated “with Elvis, not Laura,” i.e. with agent Elvis Chan, not Foreign Influence Task Force (FITF) unit chief Laura Dehmlow: pic.twitter.com/zOfVr8VlRx

23."BELLY BUTTON" “We can give you everything we’re seeing from the FBI and USIC agencies,” Chan explained, but the DHS agency CISA “will know what’s going on in each state.” He went on to ask if industry could “rely on the FBI to be the belly button of the USG." pic.twitter.com/CHiCsZJBAh

25.Twitter was taking requests from every conceivable government body, beginning with the Senate Intel Committee (SSCI), which seemed to need reassurance Twitter was taking FBI direction. Execs rushed to tell “Team SSCI” they zapped five accounts on an FBI tip: pic.twitter.com/hWnkOX292C

27.They also received an astonishing variety of requests from officials asking for individuals they didn’t like to be banned. Here, the office for Democrat and House Intel Committee chief Adam Schiff asks Twitter to ban journalist Paul Sperry: pic.twitter.com/SXI1ekqi13
— Matt Taibbi (@mtaibbi) January 3, 2023
29.Twitter honored almost everyone else’s requests, even those from GEC – including a decision to ban accounts like @RebelProtests and @BricsMedia because GEC identified them as “GRU-controlled” and linked “to the Russian government,” respectively: pic.twitter.com/OQjQuKTzTO
— Matt Taibbi (@mtaibbi) January 3, 2023
31.Remember the 2017 “internal guidance” in which Twitter decided to remove any user “identified by the U.S. intelligence community” as a state-sponsored entity committing cyber operations? By 2020 such identifications came in bulk. pic.twitter.com/OrSC1uwgm8

37.“I APOLOGIZE IN ADVANCE FOR YOUR WORK LOAD”: Requests poured in from FBI offices all over the country, day after day, hour after hour: If Twitter didn’t act quickly, questions came: “Was action taken?” “Any movement?” pic.twitter.com/KAu2YesocC

https://t.co/08M51rg2BM all led to the situation described by @ShellenbergerMD two weeks ago, in which Twitter was paid $3,415,323, essentially for being an overwhelmed subcontractor.
Twitter wasn’t just paid. For the amount of work they did for government, they were underpaid.

- The ruling is another setback for the law, Ballot Measure 114, which is now entirely paused as legal challenges to various portions of the law make their way through Oregon’s court system. The judge determined that the law’s heightened background check requirement could not be implemented while the court continues to debate the other portions of the law, according to Oregon Public Broadcasting, as plaintiffs argue the law violates the state’s constitution.
- In December, 36,000 Oregon residents were waitlisted in the background check process, Karl Durkheimer, owner of Oregon’s Northwest Armory gun store, said on Fox News.
“Two things are happening. There’s fear they won’t be able to get a gun, but there’s the actual logistics that they won’t be able to do the background check. It’s going to take a year before an Oregonian has a permit,” Durkheimer said.

More Than 270 Sudden Cardiac Deaths in US Athletes After Vaccination: Peer-Reviewed Study
- Authored by structural biologist Panagis Polykretis, and board-certified internist and cardiologist Dr. Peter McCullough, the study’s cited data found that from 2021 to 2022, at least 1,616 cardiac arrests have been globally documented in vaccinated athletes, with 1,114 of those being fatal.
- The global data also showed that between 2021 to 2022, former and current American athletes made up 279 of the mortalities.
- Athletes have a lower chance of cardiac arrest and sudden cardiac death as compared to nonathletes. A 2016 U.S. study calculated that nonathletes, compared to athletes, have a 29 times higher chance of sudden cardiac death.
- One of the reasons is because “athletes are screened out for the common causes of sudden death on the playing field,” McCullough told The Epoch Times.
- McCullough pointed to a European study that tracked sudden cardiac deaths in European athletes over 38 years from 1966 to 2004. The study reported 1,101 sudden cardiac deaths over the interval, which Polykretis estimated would be around 29 deaths per year.
This recent paper from Dr. Polykretis and myself gets the sharp rise in athlete deaths into PUBMED. Since vaccination, “1598 athletes suffered cardiac arrest, 1101 of which with deadly outcome. Over a prior 38-years (1966-2004), 1101 athletes < age of 35 died (~29/yr). https://t.co/lGWFctLx2L pic.twitter.com/SCieZTsoNZ
— Peter A. McCullough, MD, MPH™ (@P_McCulloughMD) January 3, 2023
- In the United States, it is estimated that 100 to 150 athletes die every year from sudden death.
- The data cited in the study, however, showed that in 2022 alone, over 190 deaths from cardiac arrests have been reported in current and former athletes.
- This does not include the deaths of athletes with unknown vaccine statuses and those whose names did not make it into the media.
