- Washington State Governor Jay Inslee gave an update on reopening Washington’s economy and contact tracing during the coronavirus pandemic.
- During his press conference the Democrat Governor warned citizens that those families with an infection will not be allowed outside of their homes. Someone else will have to do their shopping for them.

Gyms Sue Ohio Department Of Health For ‘Impermissibly Vague’ Stay At Home Order
- A group of 35 gyms filed a lawsuit against the Ohio Department of Health and it’s director, Dr. Amy Acton, for a new stay at home order that forces gyms to remain closed.
- The complaint states that Dr. Acton and the Ohio Department of Health have “arbitrarily criminalized all safe gym, fitness, and recreation operations” without providing any process to decide if and when the gyms are safe enough to resume operations,
- Dr. Acton extended Ohio’s stay at home order, which was set to expire April 30, until May 29.

What is an Amicus Brief

Hydroxychloroquine–Number Of Prescriptions Explodes In France
Despite the warnings around taking hydroxychloroquine to combat the symptoms of COVID-19, prescriptions in France have increased by as much as 7,000% in certain parts of the country since the pandemic began.
As reported by La Provence, a study looking at the 466 million French prescriptions written since the pandemic began in France, show a huge spike in doctors prescribing the drug. In the last week of March, for instance, over 10,000 people were prescribed hydroxychloroquine in Marseille alone.In France and the U.S., the use of hydroxychloroquine has been fraught between those who think the risks are small enough to warrant widespread use and those who think that more research is required before widespread prescription.
Before the pandemic, an average of 50 prescriptions were written each day in Marseille for hydroxychloroquine.

Judge presiding over Michael Flynn criminal case is recused: court
The U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia judge presiding over the criminal case for President Donald Trump’s former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn has been recused from handling the case, a court spokeswoman said on Thursday.According to a court filing, U.S. District Court Judge Rudolph Contreras, who presided over a Dec. 1 hearing where Flynn pleaded guilty to lying to the Federal Bureau of Investigation about his contacts with Russia, will no longer handle the case.
Court spokeswoman Lisa Klem did not say why Contreras was recused, and added that the case was randomly reassigned.
Now, Flynn’s sentencing will be overseen by U.S. District Court Judge Emmet Sullivan. Sullivan was appointed by former Democratic President Bill Clinton.
Why did U.S. District Court Judge Rudolph Contreras recuse? It was learned that Judge Contreras had a relationship with Peter Strzok, he is the FBI agent that setup Flynn

Fox News’ Ed Henry reported that Acting Director of National Intelligence Richard Grenell has declassified information calling into question the conclusion that Russia interfered in the 2016 election to help Donald Trump.
the new information would suggest that John Brennan, who headed the Central Intelligence Agency under President Barack Obama, “also had intel saying, actually, Russia wanted Hillary Clinton to win because she was a known quantity, she had been secretary of state, and Vladimir Putin’s team thought she was more malleable, while candidate Donald Trump was unpredictable.”
