The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized a repeal of nearly all the Biden administration’s 2024 Carbon Pollution Standards for greenhouse gas emissions from coal and gas-fired power plants, an action the agency said would save taxpayers $310 billion through 2047.

Access changes are nothing new. What is new, however, is the sudden claim that it becomes sacred only when the outlets are friendly to the Radical Left. The rule was never “every outlet gets in.” It was always “our side stays in.”

BREAKING: Appeals Court Orders Missouri to Reinstate GOP-Favored Congressional Map Ahead of Midterms
- A federal appeals court on Monday ordered Missouri to reinstate its GOP-favored Congressional map after the Supreme Court blocked the new map.
- The Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals said Missouri’s current plan to use the old map for this year’s midterms violates the Constitution.
- The three-judge panel included: Judges Loken (George H W Bush), David Stras (Trump) and Justin D Smith (Trump).
- “On November 3, 2026, Missourians will vote for federal and state candidates in this year’s general election. Spirited congressional and ballot measure campaigns have intersected in federal and state courts,” the court said.
