Republicans must take seriously the effort by Democrats to completely change America through the Reconciliation Process. Democrats are now suggesting that budget reconciliation can be used to pass Mail-In Ballot legislation as well as trying to include Amnesty in their infrastructure package. The infrastructure package has little to do with infrastructure as we know it, bridges, roads, tunnels, etc., but is a dramatic expansion of Government that will cost much more than the $3.5 trillion being discussed. Don’t let this happen!
If Amnesty is included in the infrastructure package, there will be a run on our Southern Border the likes of which we have never seen before. It will be a signal that says “come to America now, because you will soon be a citizen.” Providing Amnesty to illegal aliens, in the history of what already is considered the greatest Border catastrophe, will result in disaster beyond our gravest nightmares. No country can pay this price. Will lead to ruination!
Any effort to dictate national Mail-In Voting will be a disaster for our Country and for conservatism. There will never be a Republican elected to high office again. I urge every Republican to fight this and deny Democrats a quorum if that is what it takes to make sure that the Democrats can’t use reconciliation.

Continuity of operations (COOP) planning has been utilized by the United States since the Cold War as an effort to preserve the continuity of government (COG) in the event of a Nuclear Attack. Executive order 12656 laid the ground work and defined what a constitutes as a national security emergency.
In July of 2016, Barack Obama signed the still classified Presidential Policy Directive 40 (PPD-40). In accordance with PPD-40, each department was to maintain continuity programs. “Agencies were ordered to have not just a line of succession but also one of “devolution,” a duplicate chain of individuals secreted outside Washington available in a catastrophic emergency. Devolution involves “procedures to transfer statutory authority and responsibilities” to this secondary designated staff to sustain essential functions.”

The USD(P) happens to be the primary coordinator for Department of Defense Directive 3020.26 which “establishes DoD continuity policy and assigns responsibilities for its implementation.”
- In other words, one of the very first positions filled after Chris Miller became Acting Secretary of Defense, was the position that “Develops DoD policy and provides oversight for Continuity of Operations and Continuity of Government”.Tata is also an author who writes “Tom Clancy-style military thrillers”. He published a book in November of 2019 entitled “Double Crossfire”. The book has an interesting description – “In the most shocking scenario of our time, former Brigadier General Anthony J. Tata takes you inside a brilliantly conceived, brutally executed plot to overthrow our government — from within”.We’ll just call one that a coincidence.
- November 11th, 2020 involved the promotion of two more Trump allies: Kashyap Patel (my pseudo-namesake), and Ezra Cohen-Watnik. Each deserving of their own chapter in this story.
- Ezra Cohen-Watnick was promoted to fill the role of the Undersecretary of Defense for Intelligence (UDI), the top Pentagon civilian overseeing intelligence. While in this role, he also continued to serve as the Acting Assistant Secretary of Defense for Special Operations and Low-Intensity Conflict (ASD (SO/LIC))Ezra was first brought into the NSC by General Michael T. Flynn. He has experience with the DIA, CIA, Defense Clandestine Service, and the NSC.

He is the top civilian official overseeing our Military Intelligence AND top civilian official overseeing our Special Operations forces.
He has just been designated to directly report to Sec Def Miller, the most recent (ASD (SO/LIC)).
Remember earlier I told you Miller’s last role with the army was as Director for Special Operations and Irregular Warfare within the Office of the (ASD (SO/LIC)). Sec Def Miller knows the ins and outs of the Special Operations Command. He has personally led some of the Units. He trusts them because he is one of them.
Sec Def Miller was asked to implement something that had never been done before. The fate of the United States of America is hanging in the balance based on the success of this one operation. He literally had the weight of the world on his shoulders.
So he turned to the people he knew he could trust to get the job done. These units specialize in “protecting against subversion, lawlessness, insurgency, terrorism, and other threats to their internal security, and stability, and legitimacy.” This is exactly the group you want to run a Devolution operation.
I believe the implementation plan meetings beginning in the week of Nov 30th was the implementation of Devolution. It’s no wonder Sec Def Miller made these off-script comments to VP Mike Pence at the 1st anniversary of Space Force:
“We’ve been through some stuff, we’ve gone through some of the most complex military operations this country has ever conducted and your steady hand and your leadership during those was a great source of strength for me”.

The election of 1824 and 1828.
The election of 1828 was arguably one of the most significant in United States history, ushering in the era of political campaigns and paving the way for the solidification of political parties. The previous election, of 1824, had seen John Quincy Adams become president although his opponent Andrew Jackson had earned the most electoral votes. Because no candidate won a majority of the electoral vote, however, that election was decided by the House of Representatives in Adams’s favour after fellow candidate and Speaker of the House Henry Clay (who finished fourth) threw his support behind Adams. Adams subsequently appointed Clay his secretary of state, giving merit to rumours of a “corrupt bargain” in the eyes of Jackson supporters. During the contested election of 1824, followers of Henry Clay and John Quincy Adams began calling themselves National Republicans, and backers of Andrew Jackson emerged as Democratic Republicans. By the election of 1828, the Jacksonians had become known simply as the Democrats. Unlike previous elections, in which the parties’ congressional delegations would generally gather to nominate a candidate (this had failed to coalesce support around a single candidate among the Democratic-Republicans in 1824), this election was the first in which a majority of states held conventions to endorse a candidate.
By 1828 selection of presidential electors was being decided by the voters in all but two states, and public opinion was becoming more important than ever before. Jackson’s supporters established pro-Jackson newspapers and helped to distribute information and election material. Both sides organized rallies, parades, and other public events to promote their chosen candidate.
In the end, with 178 electoral votes to Adams’s 83, Jackson became the first president to gain office by a direct appeal to the mass of voters rather than through the support of a recognized political organization.
When Jackson arrived in Washington for his inauguration he refused to pay the customary courtesy call on the outgoing president. And John Quincy Adams reciprocated by refusing to attend the inauguration of Jackson.

Internet Hit by Global Outage: More Than 32,000 Websites Down After DNS Failure
- UPS, FedEx, Amazon, Costco, 911 services and airlines were all hit by the outage.
Content delivery company Akamai Technologies released a statement on Thursday:
“We are aware of an emerging issue with the Edge DNS service. We are actively investigating the issue. If you have questions or are experiencing impact due to this issue, please contact Akamai Technical Support. In the interest of time, we are providing you the most current information available, which is subject to changes, corrections, and updates.” the company said.

I have a thought on the red lines post. The third line in that post talks about CLAS movement of Pelosi or Pence. I think this relates to devolution in the following way. If something of great magnitude happens, like the election fraud is proven and Biden/Harris is exposed as being illegitimate, then who would be next in line (succession) to the Presidency? Answer? Speaker of the House. The reason the line mentions both Pelosi and Pence is because this post was put out pre-election and even if Q knew that Pelosi would be the one chosen, he didn’t want to give that away just yet. Another reason why Pence is mentioned is that if indeed Biden/Harris is illegitimate, then Pence is actually the VP. Thoughts on this theory?
