- The business tax cuts have been maligned as contrary to the interests of workers. In reality, the corporate tax cut succeeded at allowing new business investment, creating jobs, raising wages, and increasing the economy’s size.
- A new Heritage Foundation report chronicles how the tax cuts were a success on each of these margins.

- New job openings surged in 2018, the year following the tax cuts, and about 83,000 more people voluntarily left their jobs for better opportunities at the end of 2019, compared with the pre-reform trend.
- The beginning of 2018 also marked a significant increase in wage growth.
- Following the tax cuts, wage growth for those workers increased to 3.8% by October 2019, according to data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics.
- Census Bureau data also show that real household income reached an all-time high in 2019, growing by $4,400 (a 6.8% one-year increase). Other analyses showed a “tectonic shift” in private paid leave availability and increases in other non-wage compensation in 2018 and 2019.
- The tax cuts have also likely made the COVID-19 economic crisis less severe, helping the economy bridge the 2020 disruptions. Reversing those pre-crisis, pro-growth policies risks weakening the foundation for a quick economic recovery.

The Federal Reserve has created a new climate committee to address the risks climate change poses to financial stability.
The new effort, called the Financial Stability Climate Committee, will draw from expertise across the Federal Reserve system and is intended to tackle risks to the broader financial system, said Lael Brainard, a member of the Federal Reserve’s board of governors. She announced the new committee during remarks Tuesday at a virtual conference hosted by the sustainable investment group Ceres.

I am truly a big fan of X22 report, and look forward to your daily episodes. The information you provide truly intrigues me. Thank you for all you do. My concern is that, despite all the messages we are receiving from the Patriots that indicate they are in full control, we are witnessing the rapid destruction of our nation day after day, by this ILLEGITIMATE Administration. They are getting away with murder. Literally. When do the Patriots make their move to save our country before it’s too late? Aren’t we running out of time?? What more evil and destruction and suffering has to be shown to the American people before it is justified to move in and start making arrests? I am trying to hold onto hope, but honestly, it is becoming more and more difficult. Border crisis, mass shootings, child trafficking, etc., do not seem to be going anywhere other than moving forward, fast and furious. And while we certainly cannot be privy to President Trump’s plans for obvious reasons, what CAN we hold on to? Hidden messages found in tweets and other posts are interesting, but we are still continuously being destroyed as the days, weeks and months go by. I am hoping that in upcoming episodes, these very concerns, which I am sure are echoed by many people, can be addressed, putting our minds at ease. I may be missing something, so maybe it is just me, I don’t know. I pray and ask God to save us and to have mercy on this great nation, because ultimately, it is up to Almighty God.
