The United States went bankrupt and the IRS and Federal Reserve no longer exist. They are closed. Washington DC is closed with locked doors and boards in windows. Washington DC is gone. It is now just Washington, a new city. You can see that when you watch Jen Psaki do her briefings. It no longer says Washington DC on the sign behind her. It just says Washington. With NESARA/GESARA being implemented, were are going back to the gold standard, in fact we already are and have a new quantum banking system in place with new currency backed by precious metals of gold, silver and platinum.
