  • The lawsuits, filed in New York federal court on behalf of two different unnamed women who accused Epstein of sexual abuse, claimed Deutsche Bank and JPMorgan Chase benefited from Epstein’s alleged sex trafficking and looked the other way “in order to churn profits.”
  • JPMorgan Chase benefited from Epstein’s alleged sex trafficking from 1998 through August 2013, the lawsuit alleged, which said the bank kept Epstein on as a client after he registered as a lifetime sex offender in 2008 despite executives recommending the bank cut ties because he was “too valuable” to let go.
  • Deutsche Bank played “an essential role” in Epstein’s sex-trafficking operation from around 2013 through 2018, the other lawsuit alleged, claiming the bank “knowingly participated” by enabling Epstein to pay victims.

Deutsche Bank ultimately earned millions from helping Epstein’s alleged sex-trafficking operation, the lawsuit alleged.

Hillary Clinton Linked to Dark Money Campaign Against Elon Musk Restoring Free Speech on Twitter 

  • One of Musk’s most controversial actions was disbanding a ‘content moderation council’ opposed to free speech and diversity of political opinion on Twitter.
  • As Musk explained on one of my Twitter threads on Tuesday, the disbanding of the council came after social activists broke their deal with him.

 

  • “A large coalition of political/social activist groups agreed not to try to kill Twitter by starving us of advertising revenue if I agreed to this condition,” Musk said. “They broke the deal.”
  • Now, it has come out who is backing a concerted effort to starve Twitter of advertising revenue: A Clinton-linked dark money group named “Accountable Tech.”
  •  Jonathan Turley pointed out on his blog, the Clinton-backed group has been targeting advertisers to get them to protest Musk’s free speech measures on Twitter.

 Now, reports indicate that Clinton has unleashed her allies in the corporate world to coerce Musk to restore censorship policies or face bankruptcy. The effort of the Clinton-linked “Accountable Tech” reveals the level of panic in Democratic circles that free speech could be restored on one social media platform. The group was open about how losing control over Twitter could result in a loss of control over social media generally. For Clinton, it is an “all-hands on deck” call for censorship. She previously called upon foreign governments to crackdown on the free speech of Americans on Twitter.

 

General Motors was one of the first to pull its advertising funds to stop free speech restoration on the site.

  • Turley then provides an overview and analysis of the warning letter

The letter is open about the potential cascading effect if free speech is restored on one platform: “While the company is hardly a poster-child for healthy social media, it has taken welcome steps in recent years to mitigate systemic risks, ratcheting up pressure on the likes of Facebook and YouTube to follow suit.”

The letter insists that free speech will only invite “disinformation, hate, and harassment” and that “[u]nder the guise of ‘free speech,’ [Musk’s] vision will silence and endanger marginalized communities, and tear at the fraying fabric of democracy.”

Among other things, the letter demands “algorithmic accountability,”  a notable inclusion in light of Democratic politicians demanding enlightened algorithms to protect citizens from their own bad choices or thoughts.

The letter was removed from Scribd after Turley posted it in his story but can be read in full there.

  • Turley adds that “in addition to Accountable Tech, twenty-five other groups signed the letter to demand the restoration of censorship policies, including Media Matters and the Black Lives Matter Global Network Foundation. Accountable Tech has partnered in the past with Hillary Clinton’s Onward Together nonprofit group.”

Chinese Bots Flooding Twitter With Porn and Escorts to Bury News of Massive Protests Against COVID Lockdowns

  •  Chinese bots are swamping Twitter with sexually explicit posts about porn and escorts in an apparent bid to stop the spread of news about the massive protests against lockdowns and President Xi Jinping.

Searches for major Chinese cities that have seen mass protests will “mostly see ads for escorts/porn/gambling, drowning out legitimate search results,” said Air-Moving Device, sharing a series of charts.

“Data analysis in this thread suggests that there has been a significant uptick in these spam tweets,” the outlet said, sharing data retweeted by Stanford Internet Observatorydirector Alex Stamos.

The “vast majority” — more than 95% — appear to be spam accounts that “tweet at a high, steady rate throughout the day, suggesting automation,” the analysis said.

Twitter user Mengyu Dong shared images of some of the bot’s work including examples of dormant bots that suddenly are tweeting thousands of tweets a day.

  • Pfizer’s CEO was hammered by a British regulator for making “disgracefully misleading” claims about the Covid mRNA shots also known as “Covid vaccines.”
  • UK’s pharmaceutical watchdog, the Prescription Medicines Code of Practice Authority (PMCPA), found that Dr. Albert Bourla, the CEO of Pfizer, made “misleading” statements about healthy children purportedly benefiting from the vaccines.
  • Bourla argued that “Covid in schools is thriving,” adding: “This is disturbing, significantly, the educational system, and there are kids that will have severe symptoms.”
  • After the interview was published on December 2, prior to the approval of the vaccine for the age group in question, UsForThem, a parent watchdog group defending children’s rights throughout the Covid pandemic, submitted a complaint to the Prescription Medicines Code of Practice Authority (PMCPA).
  • The complaint substantiated that Dr. Bourla made “disgracefully misleading” remarks about the Covid shots that were “extremely promotional in nature.” The complaint argued that his remarks breached multiple clauses of the Association of the British Pharmaceutical Industry’s (ABPI) code of practice.

  • Joe Biden said he is running for President, so why isn’t he appointing a Special Counsel to look into the criminal actions of him and his son, Hunter?
