[DS] players are scrambling, enter the race, call for impeachment, they are panicking. Trump and the patriots have the upper hand, they hold all the cards. The next wave of evidence has just hit, each time there is a wave it inflicts more pain on the [DS]. Trump just introduced the hammer, he deals with law and crimes. The harvest has been confirmed.

REPORT: The United Nations Is On Track To Run Out Of Money By The End Of The Month

  • The United Nations has a massive budget problem and may run out of cash by the end of this month.

United Nations could run out of money in a few weeks, Secretary General warns

The United Nations is running a deficit of $230 million, Secretary General  said on Monday, and may run out of money by the end of October. In a letter intended for the 37,000 employees at the UN secretariat and obtained by CBS News’ Pamela Falk, Guterres said unspecified “additional stop-gap measures” would have to be taken to ensure salaries and entitlements are paid.

“Member States have paid only 70 percent of the total amount needed for our regular budget operations in 2019. This translates into a cash shortage of $230 million at the end of September. We run the risk of depleting our backup liquidity reserves by the end of the month,” he wrote.

 

Secretary General  had asked member states earlier this year to up contributions to the world body to head off cash flow problems, but they refused,

Now what have we noticed, more countries are moving away from the dollar, Russia sells its oil outside the dollar, China, Iran Venezuela and the middle eastern countries are selling outside the dollar

Trump is ending the endless wars in the middle east, this was setup for the petro dollar

The US is becoming energy independent, as the middle east changes direction, countries do not have to use dollars to pay for oil, if countries do not need to keep dollars so these dollars are floating back to the US, Trump the patriots cannot allow the dollars to hit mainstreet, if they do we would see massive inflation like we have never seen before. So the dollars have been redirected to purchase the oil from shale production.

  • Brooke Nevils said she was in Sochi, Japan, with anchor Meredith Vieira to provide coverage of the winter Olympics for “Today” when Lauer raped her anally in a hotel, . She told Farrow she ran into the former morning show host after an evening of drinking with colleagues and found herself in his room twice that night — once to retrieve her press credentials and then again because he invited her back.
  • Lauer was already in boxers and a T-shirt when Nevils turned up at his door, she recalled. From there, he allegedly pushed her against the door and kissed her before shoving her onto the bed, “flipping her over”

  • Cipollone also called the Democrats’ impeachment inquiry a partisan effort “to overturn the results of the 2016 election” of President Donald Trump.
  • “Your unprecedented actions have left the president with no choice,” said the letter signed by Pat Cippolone. “In order to fulfill his duties to the American people, the Constitution, the Executive Branch, and all future occupants of the Office of the presidency, President Trump and his administration cannot participate in your partisan and unconstitutional inquiry under these circumstances.”
  • “Given that your inquiry lacks any legitimate constitutional foundation, any pretense of fairness, or even the most elementary due process protections, the executive branch cannot be expected to participate in it,” Cipollone wrote.

President Trump has repeatedly stated that Robert Mueller should never have been allowed to be appointed as special counsel because “he wanted the job of FBI director and he didn’t get it.”

This shows an obvious conflict of interest on top of the fact that Mueller and Comey were friends.

Robert Mueller in July testified to Congress that he was not a candidate for FBI Director.

Devin Nunes’ Lawsuit Against Twitter Could Turn Into The Company’s Worst Nightmare

  • A Virginia judge ruled last week that the Republican lawmaker’s lawsuit against Twitter could proceed to trial in Virginia, meaning the company may finally be forced to disclose evidence of bias against conservative users.
  • The lawsuits, allege defamation against Nunes by the owners of two anonymous Twitter accounts and Liz Mair, a political consultant whose company is based in Virginia. The suit against Twitter alleges negligence by the social media company in knowingly allowing and supporting the defamation to continue on its platform.
  • Nunes also sued the users behind two anonymous Twitter accounts, one of which impersonated his own mother on the social media platform. Twitter ignored the defamation and impersonation, which violated the company’s own policies and terms of use, for months on end despite being notified over and over that the accounts were violating the law and Twitter’s terms of service.
  • While Twitter lawyers eagerly dismissed Nunes’ lawsuits as a joke, John Marshall, the Virginia judge who was assigned the cases, has not been so quick to dismiss the allegations of defamation and negligence.
  • Nunes need not even win in court for Twitter to face significant legal and enterprise liabilities going forward given the risks that discovery poses to Twitter. Depending on what is unearthed during the discovery process, Twitter could eventually find itself facing class-action lawsuits for securities fraud if the company made claims to investors or Congress that were contradicted by internal documents.
  • By having to reveal its inner workings in a court outside its preferred jurisdiction, Twitter could be facing its worst possible nightmare.
