President Trump’s Greatest Stock Market Increase in US History Continues – 139th ALL TIME HIGH FRIDAY – Up Nearly 12,000 Points Since 2016 Election!

  • America has incurred its greatest stock market rally ever 
  •   the DOW reached another all-time closing high. This was the 139th all-time high since the 2016 election.
  • Not only has the DOW skyrocketed since Donald Trump was elected President, the market’s rise is record breaking.
  • President Trump’s first year in office (2017) saw the most all-time stock market closing highs (71) as well as the largest single year increase in DOW history (4,956 points). Prior to 2017, no year in the DOW’s more than 100-year history ever saw the DOW increase by more than 3,500 points, let alone 4,900. The most all-time highs in a year prior to 2017 was 69 in 1995.  Trump’s markets beat this record in 2019.
  • Since President Trump was elected President the DOW tied the record for the most all-time closing highs in a row. In January of 1987 President Reagan saw the DOW increase to new all-time highs a record 12 days in a row. In February of 2017, President Trump matched Reagan’s record.
  • The DOW reached its fastest 500 point increase between major milestones under President Trump. In January of 2018 the DOW surpassed 26,000 and six days later the DOW surpassed 26,500. Under President Trump the DOW has seen the fastest 1,000; 2,000; 3,000; 4,000; 5,000; 6,000; 7,000, 8,000, 9000 and 10,000 point increases in DOW history. No similar records occurred at any time in history.

  • DeKalb County responded to an Open Records Request from The Georgia Star News to produce the ballot transfer forms that formed the critical chain of custody link in the absentee ballots deposited in the near 300 drop boxes in the state and transported to county election offices in a letter received on Friday that said the county did not know if such records exist.
  • The ballot transfer forms that remain unknown in DeKalb are a part of Georgia’s new Election Code implemented this past summer.

Alito Demands Briefs in Pennsylvania Congressman’s Lawsuit to Flip the Election (UPDATED)

  • Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito has asked Pennsylvania officials to file response briefs in a so-far-failed attempt by GOP Congressman Mike Kelly to flip Pennsylvania’s 2020 election results.  Kelly, a loyal and longtime supporter of President Donald Trump, is asking the nation’s highest court to take up the same elections case the Pennsylvania Supreme Court summarily ejected with prejudice last weekend.  Kelly’s 50-page application and 213-page appendix was submitted to Alito because he is the justice who oversees incoming matters from the Third Circuit, which includes Pennsylvania.
  • Though Alito originally called for response arguments from the Commonwealth to be filed by 4 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 9th, the case docket was changed Sunday morning to move that deadline up to Tuesday, Dec. 8, by 9 a.m.  The change is critical.  Pennsylvania’s members of the electoral college are due to meet at noon on Dec. 14th in Harrisburg to cast their votes for president.     Alito’s original Dec. 9th deadline failed to take that window into account.  His new deadline does.
  • The thrust of Kelly’s arguments is that a 2019 state election reform statute known as Act 77 violated both the state constitution and the federal constitution.  Act 77, which predates the coronavirus pandemic, was described when signed into law as a “bipartisan compromise.”  It created a so-called “no-excuse mail-in” voting regime that Kelly claims violates a provision of the state constitution.   
  •    Because the state is acting under a “direct grant of authority” from the U.S. Constitution to manage federal elections, the U.S. Supreme Court can become involved, he argues, and can determine whether the Pennsylvania statutory and constitutional regime of laws violates the U.S. Constitution.  Kelly invites the U.S. Supreme Court to conclude as such and, perhaps more dubiously, that the state court’s way of rubbishing the election violates his rights to petition the government and to receive due process under the First and Fourteenth Amendments thereto.

How many states are Rs and how many Ds, 26 Rs, 23 Ds

For The First Time, A US State Will Require Disclosure Of PCR ‘Cycle Threshold’ Data In COVID Tests

  • On Friday we talked about the misleading  PCR test and its amplification procedure 

  • As a reminder, “cycle thresholds” (Ct) are the level at which widely used polymerase chain reaction (PCR) test can detect a sample of the COVID-19 virus. The higher the number of cycles, the lower the amount of viral load in the sample; the lower the cycles, the more prevalent the virus was in the original sample.

  • Numerous epidemiological experts have argued that cycle thresholds are an important metric by which patients, the public, and policymakers can make more informed decisions about how infectious and/or sick an individual with a positive COVID-19 test might be. However, as JustTheNews reports, health departments across the country are failing to collect that data.
  • Here are a few headlines from those experts and scientific studies:

1. Experts compiled three datasets with officials from the states of Massachusetts, New York and Nevada that conclude:“Up to 90% of the people who tested positive did not carry a virus.”

2. The Wadworth Center, a New York State laboratory, analyzed the results of its July tests at the request of the NYT: 794 positive tests with a Ct of 40: “With a Ct threshold of 35, approximately half of these PCR tests would no longer be considered positive,” said the NYT. “And about 70% would no longer be considered positive with a Ct of 30! “

3. An appeals court in Portugal has ruled that the PCR process is not a reliable test for Sars-Cov-2, and therefore any enforced quarantine based on those test results is unlawful.

4. A new study from the Infectious Diseases Society of America, found that at 25 cycles of amplification, 70% of PCR test “positives” are not “cases” since the virus cannot be cultured, it’s dead. And by 35: 97% of the positives are non-clinical.

5. PCR is not testing for disease, it’s testing for a specific RNA pattern and this is the key pivot. When you crank it up to 25, 70% of the positive results are not really “positives” in any clinical sense, since it cannot make you or anyone else sick

  •  The media is using these testing numbers  and it is used to fearmonger mask mandates and lockdowns nationwide..
  •  Florida’s Department of Health (and signed off on by Florida’s Republican Governor Ron deSantis).
  •  will require that all labs in the state report the critical “cycle threshold” level of every COVID-19 test they perform.

All positive, negative and indeterminate COVID-19 laboratory results must be reported to FDOH via electronic laboratory reporting or by fax immediately. This includes all COVID-19 test types – polymerase chain reaction (PCR), other RNA, antigen and antibody results.

    support of Fake policitians, Fake leaders, Fake scientists, etc., is being revealed. They are feigning concern for We the People and especially for our school age children and grandchildren. We use to trust them. They are liars! The Truth is finally and swiftly being exposed for the whole world to see. Soon they All will be the recipients of the justice they so richly deserve! Also, we must ensure that the “teachers union” receive their “reward” for their participation in this debacle! Sooo disappointing!

    I read this report everyday. I trust the news in this report. While reading about the PCR testing I all of a sudden had a question that popped into my brain. Does anyone realize that all the people who are being tested have now given their DNA to WHOEVER???? This test collects DNA. And this test is in question as to whether it even works right or not. Yet they still have the DNA of all those people tested. And just where or what will they do with all this DNA? What if China got hold of our DNA, or Iran? What can you do with DNA??? Think about that question for a while and you will get chills all over your body and they won’t be good chills, they will be horror chills. I am 72 years old, I don’t need a test for Covid as I have a 94.6% chance of not dying from it or getting it according to the article in this report. I don’t need to give my DNA to anyone but it doesn’t make any difference now because they have a pretty good amount of America’s DNA already to do us harm. I’m on the downside of my life but so many Americans are on the upside of their life and that’s what China and Iran want to stop. America will need God more than ever in the future so don’t stop Praying ever! Who else has had this thought? I can’t be the only one to have had this scary thought go thru my mind on some random Monday morning!

    Could you please look into what they are doing with all the ‘data’ they are gathering from us when they do the testing?
    DNA????
    Also, when are we all going to admit- that the virus was created by our own government and elite- and other world elites. Gates was over there working on it after he met with Epstein.
    This isn’t a China virus…. its the Progressives Virus.
