  • The subpoena is the result of reports that “Platte River Networks’ IT specialist Paul Combetta reportedly used the Google account to transfer Clinton’s emails from a laptop to a Platte River server, then used BleachBit to remove any traces of the emails from the laptop.”
  • The subpoena requests emails from Clinton’s entire time at State, from January 2009 to February 2013, and is due to be handed over by May 13th. The newest subpoena for Google is part of Judicial Watch’s lawsuit, Judicial Watch v. U.S. Department of State which is devoted to seeking “records concerning ‘talking points or updates on the Benghazi attack.”

  • The class action lawsuit contains 247 pages of detailed text about Nygård’s alleged crimes over a period of five decades. The company of the Helsinki-born fashion millionaire went bankrupt.
  • A TOTAL OF 46 women accuse Finnish Canadian multimillionaire Peter Nygård of rape, kidnapping, sex trafficking and other crimes, according to a class action filed in New York early Tuesday.
  • This is a significant extension of a class action lawsuit filed in February, as previously ten women accused 78-year-old Nygård of rape in the 2000s and 2010s.
  • The extended class action involves, for example, two women who report being raped by Nygård in 1977. In addition to them, a third woman accuses Nygård of raping what she remembers to have occurred “around 1977” when she was 14 or 15 years old.
  • Many of the women in the class action were minors at the time of the alleged crimes, the youngest being 14 years old. The most recent of the criminal allegations relates to a Bahamian woman accusing Nygård of rape and alleged kidnapping in 2017.

  • THE RENEWED 247-page application was filed with the New York court on Monday night at local time, Greg Gutzler , a women’s lawyer, told Helsingin Sanomat.
  • According to Gutzler, dozens of women contacted Gutzler and his colleague after the original class action became public in mid-February. The flood of contacts led to the extension of the lawsuit.
  • The women in the class action are Anonymous, and they are called Jane Doe 1, Jane Doe 2, and so on. The application goes through the allegations made by each woman in an embarrassingly detailed manner: seduction, intimidation, drug abuse, coercion into oral sex, rape, stool-related coercion, lock-up in housing, and so on.
  • For example, Jane Doe 29, who worked as an American model, tells how she was invited to Nygard Cay in Nygård’s Bahamian mansion around 1997. There, his belongings had been delivered directly to Nygård’s bedroom.
  • “After dinner, he went to Nygård’s room to pick up his belongings. He said he did not want to stay in Nygård’s room. Nygård was injured and became aggressive and began to approach him. Nygård then raped Jane Doe 29, ”the application says.
  • The story of Jane Doe 29 is reminiscent of the experience of Finnish Playboy model Katariina Sour at Nygård’s villa in 1993. Sour’s belongings were also delivered to Nygård’s bedroom, where she was subjected to intense sexual pressure.
  • “I was scared all night there. He was not forcibly caught, no attempt was made to rape me, but by all other means there was pressure, ”Souri said in an interview with HS in February . He described what happened as one of the most horrific experiences of his life.

  • A Nygård spokesman told HS on Tuesday that Nygård will send a statement on the latest allegations later in the day. Nygård has previously denied all allegations but has refused many of HS’s requests for interviews.
  • NYGÅRD’S alleged crimes have been committed in several cities in at least four different countries: the United States, Canada, the Bahamas and Britain. There are women who have made accusations from several different countries.
  • Outside the lawsuit, the Danish woman has said by name that she was raped by Nygård in Hong Kong in 1980.
  • Nygård was arrested that year on suspicion of rape, albeit in another woman’s case, the application said. According to the lawyers, Nygård bought the woman quietly, which would have dried up the lawsuit.
  • In the past, Nygård has argued that the accusations against him are a plot plagued by his Bahamian mansion neighbor , American billionaire Louis Bacon, to destroy Nygård’s reputation and transactions. For years, Nygård and Bacon have been fighting each other in court, for example in land and beach use disputes and defamation cases.
  • However, numerous of the new class action lawsuits are much older than neighborhood disputes. Nygård is now charged with crimes in five different decades: the 1970s, 1980s, 1990s, 2000s and 2010s.

    We did not have a significant issue with Wuhan virus in Hampden County Massachusetts (Greater Springfield) until recently. I spoke with a friend of 40 years who is in local law enforcement. This Officer has a contact in the hospital system who revealed that the administrators at the major hospitals in the area made the decision to report all elderly patients as COVID-19 cases and deaths for financial purposes. Apparently reimbursement for COVID-19 far exceeds that for other treatment. And they are willing to take the risk of getting caught. MEDICARE FRAUD???

    We are now being told in Massachusetts that lifting restrictions may be considered no earlier than June 8th. Gov. Charlie Baker (R) has no idea what to do. With our history of Republican governors (Weld, Romney) it appears the DNC controls both parties in the Commonwealth.

    My friend also told me that nearly all COVID-19 deaths are elderly and primarily in nursing homes. We shut everything down and they failed to adequately protect our most vulnerable and give them proper care and treatment. Family were not allowed to visit and check on their welfare and look what is happening without family’s oversight.

    The Holyoke Soldier’s Home has 62 COVID-19 deaths and counting. This is over 20% of residents already.
