Please vote in five months. It won’t erase our problems or remove our pain, but we deserve leaders who understand America and know we only make progress together.

And we need to remember something very important, The VAST MAJORITY of Americans of every race are utterly disgusted by the organized violence used by this tiny minority.

The MSM is doing exactly what they do best, they are creating the agenda, they are sensationalized it, they are pushing the divide,  Trump tweeted the following

Insurgency is the organized use of subversion and violence to seize, nullify or challenge political control of a region. As such, it is primarily a political struggle, in which both sides use armed force to create space for their political, economic and influence activities to be effective. Insurgency is not always conducted by a single group with a centralized, military-style command structure, but may involve a complex matrix of different actors with various aims, loosely connected in dynamic and non-hierarchical networks. To be successful, insurgencies require charismatic leadership, supporters, recruits, supplies, safe havens and funding (often from illicit activities). They only need the active support of a few enabling individuals, but the passive acquiescence of a large proportion of the contested population will give a higher probability of success. This is best achieved when the political cause of the insurgency has strong appeal, manipulating religious, tribal or local identity to exploit common societal grievances or needs. Insurgents seek to gain control of populations through a combination of persuasion, subversion and coercion while using guerrilla tactics to offset the strengths of government security forces. Their intent is usually to protract the struggle, exhaust the government and win sufficient popular support to force capitulation or political accommodation. Consequently, insurgencies evolve through a series of stages, though the progression and outcome will be different in almost every case.

Rep. Jim Banks Asks FBI to Add Antifa to List of Extremist Ideologies

Washington, August 1, 2019 8 comments

WASHINGTON – Today, Rep. Jim Banks (IN-03) sent a letter to FBI Director Christopher Ray requesting the FBI add a new subsection to its list of extremist ideologies that would include Antifa. This paves the way for the FBI to target Antifa as a domestic terrorist organization.

Rep. Jim Banks: “The point of my letter is simple. Antifa employs violence to coerce Americans into silence. As a veteran of the war in Afghanistan, I am intimately familiar with the tactics of terrorist groups and how they employ fear/violence to silence political enemies. To my great surprise, we are witnessing similar style tactics right here in our country. The FBI must take this threat seriously.”

Note: In 2014 and 2015, Rep. Jim Banks deployed to Afghanistan during Operations Enduring Freedom and Freedom’s Sentinel. He received the Defense Meritorious Service Medal for his military leadership in Afghanistan.

Fitzpatrick Condemns Antifa and Political Violence

Congressman Brian Fitzpatrick (PA-01) this week sent a letter to Attorney General Bill Barr expressing his concern over the recent assault of journalist Andy Ngo by the militant Antifa movement in Portland, Oregon.

“Antifa is a danger to the safety and wellbeing of the general public,” said Fitzpatrick. “Designating Antifa as a domestic terrorist organization would be a significant step to protect journalists like Andy Ngo and all Americans who exercise their First Amendment rights.”📁

2 Republican senators introduce resolution to label antifa as domestic terrorists

Sens. Bill Cassidy (R-La.) and Ted Cruz (R-Texas) have introduced a nonbinding resolution that would label antifascist activists known as antifa as “domestic terrorists,” according to the Washington Post.

“Antifa are terrorists, violent masked bullies who ‘fight fascism’ with actual fascism, protected by Liberal privilege,” Cassidy said in a statement. “Bullies get their way until someone says no. Elected officials must have courage, not cowardice, to prevent terror.”

While there is no specific crime called “domestic terrorism,” applying such a designation allows law enforcement to look into a suspect’s known associates and affiliations.

While conservatives and centrists have long blasted antifa activists, who have been involved in street brawls with right-wing groups and left conservative journalist Andy Ngo bloodied in Portland, Ore., last month, critics of the measure have cited antifa’s lack of a formal organizational structure and said this could open the door to overly-broad enforcement, according to the Post.

“It is dangerous and overly broad to use labels that are disconnected [from] actual individual conduct,” Hina Shamsi, director of the national security project at the American Civil Liberties Union, told the Washington Post. “And as we’ve seen how ‘terrorism’ has been used already in this country, any such scheme raises significant due process, equal protection and First Amendment constitutional concerns.”

The Anti-Defamation League added that antifa’s unstructured, leaderless nature could create an opening to apply the label to anyone demonstrating against the far right or white supremacists, adding that while the group opposes antifa violence, the activists have not been linked to any killings compared to hundreds of killings by far-right extremists in the past decade

Thank you for playing.

FBI’s top lawyer, Dana Boente, ousted amid Fox News criticism for role in Flynn investigation

After a 38-year career with the Justice Department, the FBI’s top lawyer Dana Boente was asked to resign on Friday. it came from high levels of the Justice Department rather than directly from FBI Director Christopher Wray.

Insurrection Act of 1807.
[Determination that the various state and local authorities are not up to the task of responding to the growing unrest]
Call the ball.

Insurrection Act

The Insurrection Act of 1807 is a United States federal law (10 U.S.C.§§ 251255)[1] (until 2016, found at 10 US Code, Chapter 15, §§ 331–335, renumbered to 10 USC, Chapter 13, §§ 251–255) that governs the ability of the President of the United States to deploy military troops within the United States to put down lawlessnessinsurrection, and rebellion. The general purpose is to limit presidential power, relying on state and local governments for initial response in the event of insurrection. Coupled with the Posse Comitatus Act, presidential powers for federal military law enforcement on U.S. soil and unincorporated territories are limited and delayed.

On September 30, 2006, the Congress modified the Insurrection Act as part of the 2007 Defense Authorization Bill (repealed as of 2008). Section 1076 of the law changed Sec. 333 of the “Insurrection Act,” and widened the President’s ability to deploy troops within the United States to enforce the laws. Under this act, the President may also deploy troops as a police force during a natural disaster, epidemic, serious public health emergency, terrorist attack, or other condition, when the President determines that the authorities of the state are incapable of maintaining public order. The bill also modified Sec. 334 of the Insurrection Act, giving the President authority to order the dispersal of either insurgents or “those obstructing the enforcement of the laws.” The law changed the name of the chapter from “Insurrection” to “Enforcement of the Laws to Restore Public Order.”

Q post May 30, 2020
POTUS tweet May 31, 2020

They want a civil war. This has been their aim for decades. Even during Obama years. Social media made their insurgency more efficient.
Keyword: Insurgency
Insurgency can be defined as ‘the organized use of subversion and violence to seize, nullify, or challenge political control of a region.’
Insurgents seek to subvert or displace the government and completely or partially control the resources and population of a given territory. They do so through the use of force (including guerrilla warfare, terrorism and coercion/intimidation), propa- ganda, subversion and political mobilization. Insurgents fight government forces only to the extent needed to achieve their political aims: their main effort is not to kill counterinsurgents, but rather to establish a competitive system of control over the population, making it impossible for the government to administer its territory and people. Insurgent activity is therefore designed to weaken government control and legitimacy while increasing insurgent control and influence.
Insurgents require supporters, recruits, safe havens, money, supplies, weapons and intelligence on government actions. A robust insurgency can be waged with the support of just a small percentage of a given population.
Counterinsurgency may be defined as ‘comprehensive civilian and military efforts taken to simultaneously defeat and contain insurgency and address its root causes’.
“. . . and address its root causes.”Please and thank you.

Attorney General William P. Barr’s Statement on Riots and Domestic Terrorism

With the rioting that is occurring in many of our cities around the country, the voices of peaceful and legitimate protests have been hijacked by violent radical elements.  Groups of outside radicals and agitators are exploiting the situation to pursue their own separate, violent, and extremist agenda.

It is time to stop watching the violence and to confront and stop it.  The continued violence and destruction of property endangers the lives and livelihoods of others, and interferes with the rights of peaceful protestors, as well as all other citizens.

It also undercuts the urgent work that needs to be done – through constructive engagement between affected communities and law enforcement leaders – to address legitimate grievances.  Preventing reconciliation and driving us apart is the goal of these radical groups, and we cannot let them succeed.

It is the responsibility of state and local leaders to ensure that adequate law enforcement resources, including the National Guard where necessary, are deployed on the streets to reestablish law and order.  We saw this finally happen in Minneapolis last night, and it worked.

Federal law enforcement actions will be directed at apprehending and charging the violent radical agitators who have hijacked peaceful protest and are engaged in violations of federal law.

To identify criminal organizers and instigators, and to coordinate federal resources with our state and local partners, federal law enforcement is using our existing network of 56 regional FBI Joint Terrorism Task Forces (JTTF).

The violence instigated and carried out by Antifa and other similar groups in connection with the rioting is domestic terrorism and will be treated accordingly.”

The invisible enemy (those hiding behind the curtain are the puppet master of the riots)

There are many levels to their organization,

  1. You have the directors, they pay individuals, instruct them what to do
  2. You have the directors bus the rioters in from other states
  3. They hijack peaceful protests. TAKE A LISTEN
  4. You have the agent provocateurs who are normally dressed in black, they begin by breaking windows hoping that others join in.

We need to remember something very important, Antifa  spent years demonstrating it is an international organization, this was their downfall.

Antifa is not a domestic group, since it is international Trump is now ready track and trace these individuals, I do believe they have been doing this for a while

Why are jobs/economy (growth) relevant?
This requires a DEEP CLEANING.
These people are stupid.
You are safe.
Have faith.

The tracing of its funding and international support started some time ago.   Trump and the patriots already no who they are both F and D, they will be exposed and criminally charged.

The [DS] Plans are failing, the patriots know the playbook, Brian Cates sums up what has been happening in a twitter thread.

There will be no tanks, there will be no martial law, Trump is going after the invisible enemy, those who are orchestrating this behind the curtain.

  • Yet, James Davenport, a government instructor at Rose State College in Midwest City (suburb of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma) posted on Facebook late Friday night while cities across America were enduring violent protests and property destruction, “I find it amusing that the very same people who will be spending July 4th celebrating a violent protest in which people stole and destroyed the property of others are up in arms that others today would follow that example.”
  • There is so much wrong in that statement, it is difficult to know where to start, but as such distortions of history are so prevalent in today’s political discourse, we should try to correct Mr. Davenport.
  • First of all, I find little amusing in the widespread riots and looting experienced in U.S. cities, from Minneapolis to Los Angeles, Atlanta, New York City, and in the nation’s capital, or in the killing of George Floyd on Monday that precipitated the violence. I do not think Davenport was saying that the looting was amusing, either, but his comments appear directed at patriotic Americans simply celebrating the independence of our country — “the very same people who will be spending July 4th celebrating a violent protest in which people stole and destroyed the property of others are up in arms that others today would follow that example.”
  • What happened this past week was the destruction or stealing of property of people who had nothing whatsoever to do with the tragic death of Floyd. While there was some destruction or stealing of property during the American Revolution, it was targeted at either the British government or the Americans who supported them (the Tories). They did not randomly destroy businesses of their neighbors in their community as a way of protesting this or that policy of the British government.
  • That makes as little sense as the blowing up of the Murrah building in Oklahoma City so as to protest what the U.S. government did in Waco two years earlier. It is doubtful a single person who died in the Murrah building had any role in planning or executing the raid on the Branch Davidian compound. Yet, stealing TV sets and the like from Target, or burning down a restaurant, is supposedly equivalent to celebrating our nation’s birthday?
  • In the March 5, 1770 Boston Massacre, British Redcoats who killed colonial protestors who were assaulting them were charged with crimes. John Adams, a prominent patriot and lawyer in the city, provided them with legal counsel. He did not call for burning down a local tavern, or stealing food at the farmer’s market to protest the killings. In fact, the soldiers were either acquitted or lightly punished.
  • Perhaps Mr. Davenport is thinking of the Boston Tea Party, on December 16, 1773, when members of the Sons of Liberty, led by John Adams’ cousin Sam, dumped 342 chests of tea into Boston Harbor. This destruction of property was actually condemned by many leading patriots in the colonies. But again, it was not part of widespread rioting and looting — and it is certainly not what we celebrate on the 4th of July each year.
  • What is different about the American Revolution is that it was not designed to change America so much, as to preserve the society that Americans had created over several decades since the establishment of the first British colonies in the early 17th century. John Adams contended that the “revolution” took place during those years as British colonies, and by the time the Americans declared their independence, the “revolution” was complete. Yet, not only are innocent Americans under attack across the country, the founding of our very country is under assault.
  • We can certainly learn one “lesson” from the rioting and looting. For example, in city after city, the police were directed to not stop the looting or the destruction of property. Yet, how often have we heard that individual Americans really do not need to possess firearms because all we need to do is call 911? Clearly, that did no good this past week — 911 was not responding. Liberals are fond of saying that “it is just property,” as though a person’s livelihood is unimportant. And who is to say that the next step will not be attacks on random American citizens in private homes across the country?
  • No, what went on this past week — the looting and the destruction of property — did not remind me of the American Revolution. Rather, it reminded me of the attacks on property, on churches, and on thousands of innocent people that happened during the French Revolution.
  • And that, I do not find one bit amusing.
