Rep. Mike Kelly And Sean Parnell To Appeal Pa. Supreme Court Loss Over Mail-In Ballots To SCOTUS

  •   the Pennsylvania Supreme Court said Kelly and Parnell were too late to claim that no-excuse mail-in voting was unconstitutional when so many people relied on it in this recent election.
  • Republicans Kelly and Parnell claim that Act 77, passed a year ago by the state’s Republican-controlled Legislature to allow no-excuse mail-in voting, violates the state Constitution.
  • That’s a state issue, but Kelly and Parnell assert federal issues of due process to get the U.S. Supreme Court to hear their appeal.
  • “While we believe that Act 77 is certainly a state issue, we so believe that there are very important federal questions nested within it,” Parnell told KDKA political editor Jon Delano on Monday.
  • “So what we’re doing is we’re looking to appeal to the Supreme Court on those federal questions.”

Powell: Dominion Server Removed From Fulton County While Lawyers Sought Restraining Order 

  • Attorney Sidney Powell said   that someone had removed a Dominion Voting Systems server from a recount center in Fulton County, Georgia.
  • “Someone went down to the Fulton center where the votes and Dominion machines were, claimed there was a software glitch and they had to replace the software, and it seems that they removed the server,”
  • Powell added that her team does not know where the server is.
  • Dominion’s software and hardware features prominently in two lawsuits filed by Powell in Georgia and Michigan. The lawsuits claim that the software is vulnerable to manipulation by hackers and was used to alter to vote totals in the presidential election.
  • Powell prefaced her comment by saying that the alleged removal of the server took place when her team was seeking a temporary restraining order against the resetting, wiping, or altering of any of the Dominion machines. A district court judge subsequently granted the temporary restraining order on Sunday night.

Trump campaign to file Wisconsin lawsuit, claiming ‘abuse’ of absentee voting affected 220K ballots

  •  The Trump campaign is filing a lawsuit to the Wisconsin Supreme Court Tuesday — alleging abuse around the process of absentee voting in the state, which they say affected approximately 220,000 ballots.
  • “Exposing exactly how the election processes were abused in Wisconsin holds enormous value for this election beyond a victory for President Trump, but the fact is, our state’s electoral votes likely won’t change the overall outcome,” Troupis told Fox News. “Regardless, we’re demonstrating that the results of this election unequivocally ought to be questioned.”

Judge Lets Arizona GOP Review Sampling of Ballots as Part of Election Lawsuit 

  • A county judge in Arizona  ruled that the state’s Republican Party can inspect a sampling of mail-in ballot envelopes and a selection of ballots that were duplicated from originals.
  • Maricopa Superior Court Judge Randall Warner said the party can examine 100 mail-in ballot envelopes, or images of them, selected at random by election officials, and compare them to voter signatures on file.
  • He also said the GOP can review 100 duplicate ballots and the original ballots from which they were duplicated, selected at random by election officials.
  • The people who cast the ballots that will be inspected are not to be contacted in any way and their identifies should be kept confidential, the judge added.

Arizona Lawmakers Call for Resolution to Hold Back Electoral College Votes 

  • At a public hearing in Arizona with select members of the state legislature and members of President Donald Trump’s legal team, lawmakers called for their colleagues to support an upcoming resolution that would delay the release of the state’s Electoral College votes.
  • Arizona state Rep. Mark Finchem told reporters during the Nov. 30 hearing that they hope to have a resolution “within the next 24 to 48 hours.” The state holds 11 Electoral College votes.
  • “We are clawing our Electoral College votes back, we will not release them,” Finchem said. “That’s what I’m calling on our colleagues in both the House and Senate to do—exercise our plenary authority under the U.S. Constitution.
  • “There is a legal brief out there that says we are not tethered to state statute when it comes to this one question.”

  • The Michigan Senate Oversight Committee on Tuesday held a hearing in Lansing on election fraud and irregularities.
  • A Dominion-trained IT contractor named Melissa Carone absolutely blew up the Michigan hearing  y.
  • Melissa Carone dropped many truth bombs, blew the whistle on Dominion workers and revealed ballots were being tabulated in the Department of Elections which is completely illegal.
  • Ms. Carone stunned the Michigan state lawmakers when she revealed there were tabulation machines at the Department of Elections. Carone wasn’t even supposed to talk about it today. She said it was supposed to be revealed next week but she blew the whistle today anyway.
  • Carone also revealed that batches of ballots were being scanned 8-10 ten times.
  • Ballots are supposed to drop into a sealed box after being scanned through the tabulating machine, however Melissa Carone said the ballots were accessible to the election worker after being scanned through the machine. She said the boxes that were supposed to receive the scanned ballots were moved to another part of the room and used to block poll observers.

THE CHINA CONNECTION: Parent company of Dominion Voting Systems Received $400 million from UBS Bank in Switzerland — 75% owned by the Chinese Government 

  • An investigation into SEC filings has revealed that the firm which owns Dominion Voting Systems received $400 million dollars from a Swiss bank with close links to the Chinese government less than a month before the election.
  • The investigation, conducted by Austin Security and Investigation Solutions, centers on Staple Street Capital, which acquired Dominion Voting Systems in 2018.

 

  • “On Oct 8, 2020, Staple Street Capital filed SEC Form D offerings and sales amount of $400,000,000 with the Sales Compensation Recipient identified as UBS Securities,” states the investigation, which also notes that another payment of $200,000,000 was received in December 2014.
  • “UBS Securities is a swiss investment bank which owns 24.99% of UBS Securities Co LTD, a Chinese Investment Bank. The remaining 75% of UBS Securities CO LTD is owned by the Chinese government,” states the report.
  • The overall owners of UBS Securities Co LTD are;

– Beijing Guoxiang (33%)
– UBS (24.99%)
– Guangdong Comm. Group [zh] (14.01%)
– China Guodian (14%)
– COFCO Group (14%)

  • Aside from UBS, the other four owners of UBS Securities are all Communist Chinese front groups.

Dr. Scott Atlas Resigns From White House Coronavirus Post Advising President Trump as 130 Day Stint Expires 

  • Dr. Scott Atlas resigned from his post as a temporary coronavirus advisor to President Trump Monday night. Atlas was brought on in August as a special government employee for 130 days. Atlas resigned before his tenure runs out this week. Atlas’ less restrictive approach to the pandemic, especially on lockdowns and school closures was seen by many Trump supporters as a counter-point to the restrictive, doctrinaire views of leading White House Coronavirus Task Force members Dr. Anthony Fauci and Dr. Deborah Birx.
  • Atlas is not an infectious disease expert. However, he is a physician and academician who focuses on “the impact of government and the private sector on access, quality, and pricing in health care, global trends in health care innovation, and key economic issues related to the future of technology-based medical advances” at Stanford University.

    Hi Dave,

    Thanks for keeping all of us informed and encouraged through this exciting time in this great country’s history to yet be written.
    You may have already seen this but have you recently looked at pictures of Joe Biden? He clearly has a body double that has been standing in for him over at least the past week. Look for his right ear lobe. The actual Joe has somewhat of a normal looking lobe (same as when he was younger) but the double’s is connected to his neck in a straight line.
    Could Sleepy be at Gitmo already? Thanks!
